If you register your American Express card at this AMEX site you will receive a $20 credit on your card when you spend $40 or more 2 times at Wal-Mart. You have to make the charges to the registered American Express & then the $20 credit will show up on your card. Nothing fishy, it is a promotion being run by American Express through Wal-Mart.
