The Suns suck (sorry for using that word, but I think we'd all agree it is appropriate given the circumstances). That's it. I'm done. I'm not watching another game. I can't handle the bleeding anymore.
I realize it isn't going to happen this year. That I can handle. What I can't handle, is that last year, we should have beat the Spurs. Remember the ref that was calling games in a gambling ring? Yes, he in fact officiated some of those Spurs/Suns playoff games last year. Why in the world were Diaw & Stat suspended? That was a horrible call. I am sick to my stomach about it. And now I am reassessing the entire Shaq trade & am ticked with the Suns management. We had a chance to keep Kurt Thomas, we could have gone for Garnet. AGH! It bugs!
This morning over breakfast we all re-lived the past 5 playoff exits...remember them? Joe Johnson got his face broken against Dallas. We were able to beat them, but flat ran out of steam against the Spurs. The following year, we just had to be Dallas to go to the finals...this was the year Amare was out. Raja had a calf injury & we couldn't finish the Mavs. Then there was last year. Nash took a hit to the nose, Diaw & Stat suspended & Horry checked Nash into the scoreboard. I would have loved to see some excitement this year, even if we lost, but no one even showed up last night. No one.
So that's it. I am abandoning my team of forever because I want it more than them & I can't handle seeing the embarrassment that is the Phoenix Suns.
PS - Call me if we make it to game 7...I may tune into that one.

I'm so sorry for your mourning. I went to bed early last night because I couldn't take it anymore either. I told denten to wake me up if the comeback of the century happened... he didn't. I don't know what threw them off their game, but it was bad. very bad.
You and Steve both!
Benjamin's been sick too. He wishes they would just lose today, because he doesn't want to extend the inevitable heartbreak. Fabulous talk today- amazing personal experiences and a great spirit there. Tyler's last pre-school performance was during last week's swim day- when and what time is it this week?

I have to agree the Suns Have been playing like they really dont care! But todays gave was a total turn around! Even though I was at church and missed most of it, I heard it was a really good game on our part. Too bad it took til game 4 to wake us up! Maybe well beat the odds and be the first team ever in nba history to make it to the last round despite losing the first three games? ha! well see...
blah, blah, blah about the suns. All I want to know is do you ever see that Suns dancer that was on the Bachelor? Also, the Suns are lame! THe Jazz are doing way better this year so eat that! not that I care that much...i enjoy college basketball much more.
