being able to be with my husband and children for eternity. I know that's the obvious one, but it's important! having my marriage mean more than a temporary earthly arrangement.

Is this one of those times when having your dad as the bishop is a disadvantage? A couple of my favorite marriage talks are Pres. Hinckley "What God Hath Joined Together" and Elder Bruce C. Hafen "Covenant Marriage." They are older talks (maybe 7-10 years old) and I used them for a research paper in a religion class. I don't know if its the avenue you are taking but they are pretty good. Good luck

even those that have a "temporary earthly arrangement" can find joy in marriage and can ultimately be sealed to their loved ones.

try not to exclude people in such an arrangement during your talk. mormons are often closed-minded and only see things from their own perspective w/o taking into consideration others in the congregation.

Ha ha! Your turn! I think you have it easy! I did a lot of my research online where you can look up a topic and find all the articles relating to it. I found articles and then used some of the words and then thought about it and prayed for inspiration and things would just pop in my head that made sense with personal experiences. You will do great!
