I love it. I hope we get it. It is just perfect for us. Exactly what we were looking for. It is one story, which I love...no stairs with laundry going up & down...ahh, fabulous. It has 4 bedrooms PLUS a den. That den is the perfect place for my office. Lovely. It is in a fabulous neighborhood in Gilbert. Oddly enough, it is in our old ward from when we were very first married & living in an apartment. We both think that is funny. It is across the street from a park & the front ficus tree needs a trim! The backyard has loads of grass & mature trees...it is set up perfect for a party. The neighborhood is great for running...close to a golf course...can't wait to discover new routes on that. All in all this house just suits us. It may take a couple weeks before we know...the house is pre-foreclosure, so we have to wait for the bank...yada, yada, yada. We'll keep you posted, but feel free to send your hopes & prayers our way!

Made an Offer
I suppose this is a little premature, but I'm excited about it & want it recorded in my blog. So...whatever. Scot and I made an offer on a house. This house to be exact:
